Abstract

This article is subdivided into three complementary parts that allow us to examine the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the massive shift to remote learning that followed, on the mental health, wellbeing and learning of postsecondary learners. Part one lists existing studies of the subject. Part two presents the results of a ground-breaking study conducted with 3,067 learners at the Université de Montréal (UdeM). Finally, part three illustrates the transformative changes at the institutional and faculty level that took place at UdeM over this period.
