La question de l’acceptation des outils de e-learning par les apprenants : quels dimensions et déterminants en milieu universitaire tunisien?
Issues in learners’ acceptance of e-learning tools: What are the dimensions and determinants at Tunisian universities?
Abstract
This article explains the e-learning technologies acceptance process by integrating successively the intention of use, the use of the technology and the satisfaction of the learner towards it. It also examines the role of the characteristics of the learner, the facilitating conditions and the perceptual characteristics of the technology as factors influencing this process. To do this, experimentation was conducted on 241 learners in three Tunisian universities. Results analysis reveals the absence of sequence in the causal relation between the intention, the use and the satisfaction of the learners. Added to that, the perceived ease of use of the platform and its compatibility with the needs of learners are the most important factors that explain the acceptance process.
