Le MOOC : un dispositif prometteur pour favoriser le bien-être du personnel scolaire?
MOOC: A Promising way to Promote the Well-Being of School Staff
Abstract
This article presents the results of a research project aimed at evaluating the perceived effects of a MOOC on the development of self-efficacy in Quebec school staff. Based on a pre-experimental design, 122 school staff completed an online questionnaire that measured their self-efficacy in intervening with students with behavioural and adjustment difficulties before the start and after the end of the training. The results of the mean comparisons (paired-sample t-test) reveal positive effects on participants’ self-efficacy. These results are discussed to provide recommendations for universities to support the well-being of school staff in a training context.
